Single Crystal X-Ray Diffraction Spectrometer (SC-XRD)

ArrowArrow

D8 VENTURE

SC-XRD used for determining the atomic and molecular structure of a single crystal, in which the crystalline atoms cause a beam of incident X-rays to diffract into many specific directions. By measuring the angles and intensities of these diffracted beams, a crystallographer can produce a three-dimensional picture of the density of electrons within the crystal

Specifications

  • Provide testing in room temperature and low temperature (100 °C)
  • Turbo X-ray source enables to generate high intensity X-ray beam that is suitable for macromolecules (especially for biological samples)
  • KAPPA four-circle goniometer, SC-XRD can provide the greatest sample-positioning.
  • CMOS sensor in Photon 100 detector that contains higher active area and the highest sensitivity.
